So I truly never leave reviews but this was a special case I currently have covid and I feel really sick but my partner needed to be put on the billing for the electric, I had to be put on the phone without me knowing I had too I was annoyed because I feel really sick but I got on the phone to a guy named Joshua and all I can say is give this bloke a raise!! I've never met a person that could make make the customer feel like family this guy got us a better deal while he was helping us out Joshua has been working on his jokes because I had to mute my phone after a awhile so he didn't hear me laugh he knew I wasn't feeling well and he just wanted to cheer me up while being professional at his job thank you Joshua and thank you to management for finding such a top bloke to be part of your team. ! PS - this guy deserves a few cases of beer thank you for bringing my mood up today and helping me out cheers legend,. Grant.

100% recommend calling these guys if you need any services sorted ASAP! Got approved for a house and NEEDED water, power & gas connected THE NEXT DAY. Was told by multiple connection companies next day connection was "impossible" but through Google I found Electricity Monster and am ready to go! Even after I missed their call they rang back, and I was able to ring them back when disconnected. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the call was straightforward, everything was easy to understand and sorted before I was off phone.
