Feb 03,2022I had a positive experience with Electricity Monster. This was the first time I contacted the comparison company to look at options for a better electricity deal. I signed up to a company offering cheaper electricity rates and the option for a free smart meter plus installation (which was a priority at the time). I am yet to receive my first monthly bill from the new provider but I'm looking forward to cheaper rates. I'm hoping the process for installation of the smart meter goes just as smoothly as the transition to the new provider.

This person is the most friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, joyful, accurate, and wonderful representative of your organisation. I cannot speak highly enough of your very professional and excellent operator. He helped me out with all my electricity needs that include an existing account, renewing my account with Origin, put me through to an origin person to pay a further amount on my electricity bill and informed me of some amazing deals with origin mobile and wifi which he is following up with me next week. So amazing. And on a Saturday morning. I hope your organisation knows how amazing and incredible employee is. His name is Suhayl from Electricity Monster. He has the best voice!
