Feb 08,2025The ordering process and site selection was ok. Delivery was the problem. Slow to ship out, then carrier arrived at CO hub, departed without delivery, then took parcel all the way to TX and back to CO. This caused such a delay I had to come up with a new solution because the parts didn't make it in time. **Good response to review. Was notified that courier was the problem, as I was aware, perhaps put a little pressure on courier that their service affects your business. I'm upgrading my feedback and appreciate the followup. GPG!!

Jan 25,2025The product selection part of the web page is OK. But the payment part of the web page does not have separate address fields for payment card address and shipping address. My Bank kept payment in pending and I did not see the email notification. I got email from credit/shipping asking whether it is OK to ship to the given address. I approved both emails. So, the delivery seems delayed and I am still waiting.

Jan 23,2025The customer service I experienced when I had my issue was by far the best part of my whole experience. The buying process was the worse. I placed my order the funds were placed on hold on my account with my bank so that the transaction could go through on the next business day. When it finally came time to process and ship my items there was an issue saying that my payment was invalid and that the card couldn't be charged even though my bank was showing the funds were sent to the shipper and everything for processing. The 2 ladies that assisted me over the phone were by far the best that I have ever dealt with. But something needs to be done about the buying and payment processing process.

Jan 16,2025Got a dead on arrival part and they did everything they could to have a replacement out as fast as possible and was able to get it within 4 days of contact with support. Only thing i can say is that they dont work weekends and for support i don't believe so just be aware
