Dec 24,2024The delivery service chosen by Electronic Express was absolutely atrocious. I ordered a TV specifically to have it delivered by Christmas Day as a gift, and they completely failed. The delivery company provided no updates on the package’s location. When I called, I was told the package had been sitting in their warehouse for FIVE DAYS! Not once did they contact me to inform me that a delivery date needed to be scheduled. When I pressed them on why they didn’t notify me, they claimed the package wasn’t due to arrive until the 26th—despite the delivery date clearly being the 24th. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to suggest I drive 2.5 hours to pick it up myself after I already paid $200 for shipping. This is unacceptable. I will never use Electronic Express again unless they drastically improve their choice of delivery partners. I would leave zero stars if possible.
