I'm pretty frustrated with electronic express to be honest. I received two of my three items. I'm still waiting for the third (after a week). I was promised it was going to ship yesterday at the latest. I asked if I could pick up the item and they said no because it's not shipping from a local store. One of the items that I received was used and the adhesive on the device was already used, so now I have to replace that as well. I'm irritated but trying to wait patiently. I don't think I'll shop with them again. Update: They cancelled part of my order, causing issues with the financing company I went through. With the issues, I won't be shopping there anymore.

Heres what I can tell about my experience with these guys. A. communication is awesome. They respond quickly which comes in handy when you haver issues. B. Price. Still can't believe i got $4k tv for $2800 and it wasn't broken on arrival. C. The shipping process wasn't without its issues but every call and email was answered same day and made it worth it in the end.

Good communication. They did not have as many as I wanted on hand, so they sent me an email asking wither I wanted to cancel the order or wait for the additional product to arrive instead of deciding for me.
