Great experience. Was a little worried seemed they haven’t done a lot of deliveries. I ordered the Amana set. I used a previous set for 4 years but left them with the home I sold. Delivery was quick and they communicated a lot about the day and times it would be here. Would recommend the service and the units.
This company was gracious about letting me return TV that I ordered from them through Greentoe by the way. But I wanted to not have the hassle of returning the TV via shipping. I figured LG would look at the TV and fix it which they will. But I discovered how to look up the amount of hours that TV had been run after the 30 day return window. And there’s no way in heck I ran the TV for 465 hours and 32 days. They just keep bringing up what we offered for you to take the TV back. . Had nothing to do with that. The offer to return the TV was for the fact that I had an issue with the Screen. LG is taken care of that. The point remains they swore up and down the TV was brand new. And I swear up and down there’s no way I ran the TV for 465 hours and 32 days. Buyer beware.
The delivery and workers were great, as well as communication with the customer representative!! I’m enjoying the washer and dryer too!!

Why would I have to keep trying to schedule a delivery date when you basically already gave me a delivery date when I placed my order now I’m just waiting and waiting because yall wanna be lazy and not be on top of y’all’s game and I’m still waiting on my stuff to come it’s Jan. 26th I was supposed to receive my stuff on the 22nd.
I love my Viking cookware set. I was very scared to order from a site I have never heard from but the discount was worth it. It was an open box I asked condition and said ware and tear but I've had it for a week and still can't find anything wrong. This is a total score. I'm going to buy from again. Thank you so much

I ordered a stove from this company, which was a rare size and when I received it, it was damaged. I called the main customer service number for online orders and explained the damage and also requested a new stove. The representative explained that they cannot send me a new stove and get me the old one back bc they file damaged items in their insurance. So I asked them if they would refund a little of my money back instead if they couldn’t send me a new one and she said no. So I asked to speak with a manger as I’ve done business with this company before spending over $1500 the previous time. The manager got on and was instantly rude to me as if I had been rude to her by asking to speak with her. Not all customers asking to speak to a manager are intending to be rude. Before even letting me talk, She told me the previous representative already explained to me that they cannot do anything but refund me and that there’s nothing they can do but have me send the stove back. She said it in such a nasty and cocky way, I instantly felt disrespect from her. And she ended her statement by saying that it was a close out item and therefore they don’t even have a replacement if it wasn’t they’re policy anyway. I told her that if the first representative would have told me that then I’d have been aware. It was just all a load of horse poop! She failed to mention that part to me! What a way to talk to your customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!! You don’t treat your customer (returning customer) this way. Teach your managers and customer service reps how to talk to folks!

Bought a refrigerator you said was in stock. Waited three weeks for it. You gave me a delivery date with a delivery window of 8am to 9pm (CEVA?). I don’t live at the property you were to deliver to, but had someone there the whole time. Called TWICE looking for my fridge. Was ASSURED it was on the truck and the driver was en route. There ALL DAY and IT NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER again Electronic Express. That is RIDICULOUS.
They assured me a specific discontinued color of appliance was in stock, so I paid for it, bought the remaining matching appliances locally, and began the kitchen remodel. A week later they told me they couldn't get the color I ordered, so now I have a torn up kitchen and a partial appliance set, and have to figure out alternatives. Very frustrating
I ordered a refrigator that said ice maker but when it was delivered it did not have it-so I called to send it back and I was told that I had to send it back by UPS or Fed Ex-needless to say I stayed on them and I finally got someone who told me different-so they picked it up 5 days later but not in the time period they had told me-any way I will not be getting anything from them again-so in the future I will go to the store and not on line
