Jan 08,2025Bought an open-box CD player with 3 speakers. The speaker for the bass does not work. I already threw the box away and cannot return it. Other than only playing out of 2 speakers, the player works well and was shipped to us safely in a timely manner.

Jan 06,2025I liked the product but HATED the way it was shipped. I ordered a very expensive PC Monitor and all they did was slap a label on the box and ship it off. No outer box to add protection from damage and theft, if my Wife was not home a porch pirate could have EASILY made off with my package. Do better next time.

But I want to give the highest rating to the delivery drivers. They were so efficient, so polite and just very helpful from bringing the Refrigerator into my house, setting it up and explaining everything.
