Mar 15,2025Excellent communication and customer service. Arrived on time and delivery crew was fantastic. This is the way a great business is run. Thank you! *UPDATE* On the 12th of March, my washtower was delivered. Upon delivery, the delivery crew, as well as myself noticed damage to the left side of the machine. Electronic Express was responsive and offered to compensate 10% in the form of a check for the damage. I agreed instead of making the delivery crew deliver a new machine. On the 25th of March, I checked on the status of the check. I was told the girl who does the checks was ill and to wait until the 11th of April. I did not realize that Electronic Express was pausing until my 30 day guarantee was expired. As I am writing this, I received an email stating Electronic Express would not take back the damaged unit and could not control mail delivery. Note that Electronic Express has had the entire warranty period to mail a check and have not. I was told in the email this morning that a check was processed on the 27th of March. I have yet to receive said check and I live within the same state and an hour from the store. This was a $2800 machine. My original review is a reflection of the delivery crew who were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I am now the proud owner of a damaged unit and Electronic Express is the proud owner of shady business practices.

Mar 13,2025Order a playstation 5 from them through affirm. When it arrived the seal was broken, the flap was on the outside of the box, and the flap was also torn. I sent them an email explaining that because the seal was broken that they sent me a used playstation 5 which gamers know it's about the seal. They proceeded to put words in my mouth claiming I said it was defective which I never said. They then sent me a return label which I never asked for expecting me to return it, and didn't reimburse me at all for it being used. Obviously it should have been checked before hand because what i got was a used system.

Customer service informed me a couple of options to remedy the issue. I offered a 3rd option, but to my surprise and I'm most grateful for. They handled my situation in a couple of chats messages. Very responsive representatives and handled me with over the top respect as a customer. I will be back to buy more of my electronic items in the future.. I contacted Costco and was told the email address is not a legitimate Costco address. What tipped me off is that the original email said I had to respond within minutes. People should beware of such emails. If you want the source , please contact me.
