Mar 05,2025The headphones for the DVD player should have covers. Can't wear them because they hurt my ears. Also, my DVD's audio seems to jump in and out for whatever reason. But otherwise it seems to get the job done.

Mar 05,2025We found our washer and dryer on-line at Electronic Express for $200 less than what we had found it anywhere else. We purchased it and the delivery was within 5 days (which was excellent). The 2 delivery drivers were professional, kind, and very focused on doing the hook-ups correctly. I would recommend Electronic Express to anyone.

Mar 02,2025We ordered a TV from Amazon and apparently Electronic Express was the seller. Their truck delivered it instead of coming from normal Amazon channels. The drivers used a huge box truck and seemed to have a difficult time handling it, not being able to come up into our entry without a lot of trouble. There was nothing wrong with the TV. The problem came when they left they backed around into our community mailbox and turned it over sideways, leaving it unusable. When we contacted Amazon they said Electronic Express was responsible not Amazon. We contacted Electronic Express and they sent word to their transportation department who contacted us. We sent in pictures of the damage and asked for insurance coverage. They inquired if we had it on a ring camera or an eye witness. No one saw them back into it but it became evident when we walked outside after they left. It would take a vehicle that large to bend over a steel box and the concrete it was on. Now no one will call us back. The residents, all elderly, now have to go to the post office every day to get their mail. We just ordered a new mailbox and now have to have the old one removed, along with installation of the new one, and then have the post office rekey. It is just not right that Electronic Express has not taken responsibility for this incident and refused to contact us further. Expenses could run as high as $5000 that our residents will be responsible for because of Electronic Express Delivery.

Mar 06,2025I strongly discourage anyone from spending their hard-earned money with this company due to its deceptive and shady practices. On 11/11/24, after purchasing what was supposed to be a brand-new Garmin watch, I received an empty box. Upon notifying the company, they informed me that an investigation had been initiated and that it would take 10 days to resolve. However, after the 10-day period passed with no update, I repeatedly attempted to contact them via phone and email—but they never responded. As a result, I filed a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint, to which they also failed to respond. About a month ago, I left a review on Yelp, and only then did they reply. In their response, they claimed the issue remained unresolved because I had not allowed the shipping company to inspect the package. However, since the investigation was supposedly initiated on 11/11/24, no one has ever contacted me about an inspection. This company is clearly doing everything possible to avoid accountability. Even after their response on Yelp, I reached out again—but, unsurprisingly, they never responded. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.
