Feb 13,2025Strider and Lamar are amazing. Strider is beyond extremely knowledgeable about all things Tech. He is also very friendly and personable. Strider previously helped my wife and I pick out a washer/dryer set. We couldn't be happier with them. He recently helped us pick out a TV and TV Stand. He flawlessly set up delivery and hook up for both. We are extremely happy with all of the above. Strider is my sales guy, period. Lamar is in the financing department. I enjoy talking to him. He is so personable as well as knowledgeable. He has passed down some financing tips to me that I appreciate so much. If I'm going to buy something, I check out Electronics Express in Chattanooga Tn. first, period! No exceptions! Talk to Strider and Lamar for all your house hold and entertainment needs. Feb 12,2025You need to ship it as signature required that only cost under $3.00, if you ship the item that cost $546.24. The package has been delivered to wrong address by UPS and I am waisting tone of time to get it back. Their online customer service sucks, when I told them about this, they just sent me the screenshot of the package, not my door, that is showing delivered and doing nothing. Not helping me proactively.

Feb 06,2025I ordered on Amazon originally, but after two days of not recieving any shipping infomration I decided to do an expedited order through Electronic Express. Even being two days behind my Amazon order your team delievered before I received my item from the original order on amazon. I'll be ordering using Electronic Express in the future since you can deliever in less than 24 hours from an order. It's also nice to know I can drive up to the ware house and pick any item up the same day I submit an order.

Feb 03,2025The Hot Wheels cars I purchased had damaged cards. It might have happened in transport, but then again they were not packaged securely. Some of the damage to the cards seemed to have happened prior to shipping.
