Jul 29,2022I have spent a considerable amount of money (and my time) in the past 10+ years with Webcreationuk (now Elevateom) - 3 websites developed. My last developer (in India) was efficient, professional and produced a great website. Technical support, however, is another story. Friendly enough, but with English as a secondary language. Lack of empathy, professionalism and ability to communicate effectively. I have spent 7 days unable to receive any emails due to a server issue. I explained that my business had ground to a halt. Told to wait for an email update and 'have a nice day'. Thank you for your reply. Yes, many companies have suffered these past 30 months - including our company. So, whilst empathising with your situation, it is no excuse for allowing your company's standards of customer service to drop. We have supported your company for many years (probably 12+) and, not unreasonably, would expect a better level of service from you. I would mention that we alerted you some 2 months ago that your mail portal 'mail.webcreationuk.com' was not secure. Also, it was only 2 months ago that we had a new Magento2 website developed after our previous website was being hacked on a continual basis resulting in the site's checkout security being compromised. The issue with the mail portal has now been resolved to my satisfaction (within 24 hours of this original review), for which I am grateful. A positive outcome (eventually) - thank you!

Jul 25,2022Please PLEASE do not trust this company as they invite people to leave reviews which I believe it to be people they know or probably themselves knowing them as thet are formally known as Web creations UK but changed over the company as people like myself have been a victim of their scam as they take advantage of your excitement and passion for your new or current business. Happy to take your deposit and then when you are ready for your next payment they either delay your work or it is hard to speak to people or even worse put you through to overseas foreign team everytime, systems go down or unable to help and want more money. Personally for me they got my money for my deposit and didn't even deliver within 7 days and once my partner and I did research we found their old Company that must have got caught and now found a better way to come back and continue their money making scam. Please do your research as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else who invests alot of money into something they are not and will never get. And please don't listen to anything Keith emmerson says as was the man behind it all for me and I can't get in contact with him at all
