Nov 19,2022My experience with ElevateOM and its previous incarnation WebCreationUK has been abysmal. When it comes to designing low-cost websites, I would say their service is reasonable. When it comes to supporting those websites and customers, they are awful. My website has been unusable for over 10 days now. No-one initially picked up the support ticket until I followed up by phone. Since then it's been a catalogue of disaster. Either their techs are incompetent or they just have no urgency. It could be either, IMV. Management just could not give a damn. I've tried to complain, but nobody cares. They are still incapable of giving an ETA for when the site may be fixed. Nov 18,2022SEO - COMPLETE RUBBISH went ahead after falling for there pressured sales tactics. 6 month contract paying £390 a month, was promised so much with ranking and did not see no results. They must have contacted me twice over 6 months to provide updates. I was having to chase up every 2-3 weeks for updates. Don't use these useless scammers. They are trading under this mew name, there previous company name is web creation. Cowboys

Chris has provided great service managing the project extremely professionally and Aaron has been brilliant responding and sorting issues post website launch.

Oct 29,2022This is a completely honest review of the worst company I have ever come across. I was spoken to somebody in the Uk initially and so was given the impression it was an English company, which I mentioned as this was something I wanted, because of the time difference and language barrier. I was excited to work with this Company by this initial conversation and it very quickly went downhill from there. It was obviously then outsourced to India. Avinash was my website designer and was rude, lazy, completely uninterested in anything I had to say or in any notion of my site; he seemed to lack any awareness of basic aesthetic - including putting a logo in the centre of a page - Which I had to twice ask him to do, something my 11 year old daughter could do, points on my emails were continually ignored and everything was so painstaking that I had another member of staff delegated just to make sure he read my emails correctly and didn’t ignore my requests for any changes. My website is a simple ecommerce site selling jewellery but I had to even ask Avinash twice to spell jewellery correctly. I withdrew very early on because of how horrendous my experience was and members of staff were in the know about this as well- and asked for some kind of compensation for this. I have since been ignored for months, I have wasted £1000 of my hard earned money for nothing. Please, look at the honest reviews of this company I wish I had before as the other negative reviews are very similar to my own personal experience and much more likely to be true. They have no interest in what they do, only there to take your money on false pretences and then go from bad to awful from there. The company are trying to shirk the blame by saying they don’t recognise my name, they know absolutely who I am. This is a fraudulent company do not order from them and read and take note of the honest reviews.

Oct 26,2022Hello. I have decided to work with ElevateOM. I was told that if needed to stop my subscription it would be possible to do so. I just learnt there was a hidden agenda - on the first invoice I received it was written that a 30 day notice was required. I feel very disappointed and I wish I had the chance to rate their service with less than a STAR.

Both the developer and the PM were responsive, efficient and friendly throughout the project. They are also very affordable and give great value for money.

Nov 21,2022Although I was happy with the look of our site, the functionality is terrible and response to my requests for help take ages! Although I have told them several times that I am a move and do not understand techno speak, they just continue to bombard me with in instruction I do not understand! Recently I could not (for the second time) add a booking and they sent me a video link that I can't open. As suggested I have tried to download another browser but it still doesn't work. I just want someone to help.
