Oct 03,2022Update - ElavateOM’s customer service team have quickly been in touch promising to resolve the ongoing site and admin issues. Polite and charming, I look forward to getting a working site again. However, I’d like confidence in a flawless, functioning website that reflects my professional values, not one that has malfunctioned more than once. Original review - As a novice to building and hosting a website I was sold the earth by ElevateOM's senior sales consultant. 10 months on and much of what was stated in the contract has never been suggested or offered. Initial upselling additional services resulted in my spending a significant chunk for standard GDPR wording I could have got for free from open sources online (my bad). Attempts to follow up with Customer Service reps over the slow design and build process were met with bounced emails. Most frustrating is that my site and associated Wordpress admin has been down three times in 6 months of being live, impacting my business brand and opportunity. Positive mentions to Anuj (Web development) and Jay (Client Services) who have been helpful. But overall I feel like I've 'been sold a pup'. I currently hesitate recommending them and, while I await ongoing resolution to current issues, am considering having to find additional budget to migrate to a business that delivers on the promise.

Sep 22,2022I feel very grateful toward Zain, the project manager, and Abdul and his team of designers, for their unfailing support and patience. As if being 70, inexperienced and mentally challenged was not enough to disqualify me, I was also stubbornly demanding and depressingly slow. Ten times they could have remonstrated me for my lack of understanding, or alluded to the time I was taking to deliver anything. Instead, they remained available, friendly, discreetly fixing what I had done wrong, behaving as if everything was fine and normal. Without this understanding, this project wouldn't have seen the light of day.
