Sep 14,2022I have dealt with many SEO companies who have absolutely ripped me off some not even proper SEO online marketing companies. My prayers were answered as I came across Elevate Online Marketing Ltd, a company that took its time in listening to what I wanted and my goal and carefully explained how they can achieve my goal, which was to finally see my agency website on the first page of Google. I was assigned my SEO Account Manager Stacey, who over the months has become a vital member of staff to my business, she is dedicated to the Business or Company she is working for and won't stop until goals are won. Within a couple of months, we had a couple of the keywords on the first page, now we have 3 and two keywords that were on pages 5 and 6 now on pages 2 or 3. If you need a professional SEO company then I highly recommend Elevate Online Marketing Ltd as they will help you drive your business to the top of Google. I have my SEO Manager and I definitely will not be changing, we have a great working relationship and we have our monthly meetings where she will tell me exactly what she has done and where the website is. It won't be long before my entertainments agency is taking over the big boys in London.

Since then ElevateOm, took over our account and hosting. They have been professional, super efficient and prompt, both Sam and Aaron could not have been more helpful with our business, Thank You!

Aug 26,2022I am not pleased with this service at all, I will not be continuing to work with them. I have commissioned someone else to build my website for me after paying Elevateom £2,600. My reasons for leaving are numerous. In particular, the communication has been appalling. I have repeatedly asked them to carry out certain instructions which have been largely ignored. Each time they charged me a fee for the next part of the website to be completed, I informed them I would only pay if I was satisfied with the work. And after many hours on Zoom, some aspects of the website were built to my satisfaction, but then shortly after that, the work would be undone by them. The catalogue of errors included images of my art being upside down, back-to-front, wrong titles, images in the wrong categories, bad/incorrect links. All of this despite the fact I spent many hours explaining what to do on Zoom and over the phone. They always failed to carry out instructions. In addition, I was charged for a logo design. All the company did was put my initials in a circle. So I had to design the logo myself – but was still charged for this. They also charged me a large fee for content writing and some sort of licence fee for having my writing online (terms of use privacy policy?), which I have since discovered was not necessary. When I tried to discuss this with Hayley Friday, she was rude, abrupt, and not helpful. They then repeatedly used other artists work on my website (which I did not have the permission or the desire to display). Their gross incompetence is clearly illustrated in a section of the website that I have exported to Word. In this they have included a section on the history of Apple computers and King Charles III as well as other unnecessary links. In addition, I am constantly being harassed by companies trying to sell me things that they have given my contact details to. Every time I asked for a simple correction to be made it would take weeks. The stress has been overwhelming and has made me unwell. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Aug 09,2022I am a control freak and letting someone create my website was alway a worry. The end result was a great website me and the business are proud of. My designer, Corey was totally understanding and gave me many choices which gave me a sense of control. What I wanted was a website that was great to look at, easy to be found on Google and simple to enquire from. I got this which is why I am now contemplating using their social media service. Aug 08,2022At the beginning of the process, I dealt with a very helpful salesperson based in this country and then the actual website project itself was outsourced to India. Whilst this was not a problem in itself, I do have mixed reviews of the service I received and have therefore given an average rating of roughly 3.5 stars. I give a high star rating for the responsiveness of the web developer, who always produced the changes needed without delay and seemed pleasant enough to work with. The Client Services employee also kept in touch regularly and oversaw the process, checking in with me regularly and keeping me informed of progress and timescales etc. However, I have to give a lower star rating for the actual web development process. I felt at times there was a lack of understanding in what I wanted, and attention to detail and design input from the developer was also lacking. I had very clear requirements such as italicised fonts for captioning images which was difficult to communicate and it took several days before they were correct; watermarking of images in the gallery which was clearly proving difficult for the developer to handle so I ended up doing them myself and sending them to him, and communicating basic, small changes was at times, also challenging. I often had to repeat what I wanted and produce marked up screen grabs to explain changes. To save a bit of time as well, I made typographical changes myself to avoid delaying the process still further. I do have a design background and so my requirements were very specific in this instance, but I felt that we could have saved at lease a couple of weeks had the developer had more of a design aptitude and could apply consistency and attention to detail. I think if you want something very straightforward and basic then this company is fine to use. Should you require something more specific, designed and/or more complicated then either be prepared to be patient and persevere with them, or choose another company who can deliver on design and complexity. Overall, an average rating of 3.5 stars.
