This company states that they provide insurance for "Microblading" but also states that they do not provide insurance for Semi Permanent make up. Microblading is considered semi permanent make up, so clearly they don't know that. DO NOT get this insurance if you are a Microblading artist.

Simple renewal process. Coverage is well explained. When I have had need to speak with customer service, the help has been quick, efficient, and friendly.

When calling to talk to someone it took me over 3 days to get a hold of anyone. Imagine if you need to make a claim how difficult it will be. When I did talk to someone he constantly made assumptions that if I did need to use the insurance that they will find a reason not to approve your claim. You can not customize any coverages in your benefit. Such as theft coverage you only receive $1,000. That is not enough to cover a loss.

This company is horrible! I called and emailed this company for two weeks with no response. Then tried to cancel and finally someone called me back apologizing and promising to call me back and never did! Also the free website doesn’t even work, when I called the third party a man answered angry telling me to not call but email him! Then his suggestion was to change the name of my business! Wow absurd. I would never recommend signing up because they don’t offer a refund even if it’s within 24 hours of the purchase! Must be nice to rip people off like that and get away with it.
