I was told if my rental agreement was void for any reason, I would be eligible to cancel my policy and receive a full refund before the policy date of 6/1/19. I’ve been calling for two days to do, just that and no one has done anything. I am told “we’ll call you back”, “we’re busy”, “are you sure you know what you’re doing”. I’m very aware of what I am doing and want no more dealings with this company after my cancellation and refund. At this point, I believe this company wants to wait until 6/1 to tell me “it’s too late” in order to keep my money.
