The sound was a bit low when the moderator spoke. Bright and breezy webinar with a relatively large number of interviewees - you certainly were not going to get bored but in my opinion too many participants in too short a time.

Always excellent hearing Paul Shampolina talking about tenancy issues as he has such hands on experience. It’s a shame the Government prefers to listen to Shelter etc rather than those of us who have been in the sector providing homes for so many years. The current exodus was totally predictable.

Had to do my yearly Buildings and Contents insurance renewal at my BTL property. Mashroom were on it from day1 contacting me... Sunny Chana was most efficient and helpful.
I'm a tenant with Griffin, over the last 24 years have rented three different properties (the first before their name change!) and they have always been supportive and caring, always ready to send Mike round with his tool kit or paint brush when needed. Since last summer Sam has been the contact - he keeps me informed of any changes and promptly answers my emails. Understandably they don't want to be spending large amounts of money on an old flat but have agreed to do some essential improvements. Would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

I have been renting through Mashroom for nearly 4 years now and previous support issues has been frustrating and time consuming. So this time around it was a fresh of breath air to have Shradha assist me with an issue I had with my contract renewal. She was very helpful and provided regular updates via email as well as by phone, not to say going over and above by managing the renewal contract signage between me and tenant. Mashroom have a Diamond In Shradha amongst the stones!
