Then when my lack of it skills meant I was struggling with uploading photos they just rang me and sorted it straight away. Then they serviced my sale really professionally and with super speed and attention all the way through. I saved over a thousand pounds and had amazing service. May 07,2023The insurance claim was lengthy and redrawn out! Th first two people dealing with the claim were useless and nothing happened! The third person was very efficient and started the ball rolling after 5 months then a lady called siobhan was chasing for me constantly and I got the payment after 7 months. Happy with the eventual outcome but there are some deadbeats to avoid!

May 06,2023I love the concept and if it all worked as it should do then I would give it five starts. I have now put two properties with Mashroom and on both occasions had problems with the process on a number of different areas. All of these issues are to do with the website. If the developers could test the site more thoroughly and iron out all of the issues then I would highly recommend Mashroom as an alternative.
