Feb 16,2024Here’s the reason that using Griffin property to sell your home is a no brainer.Total paid out for selling my property through Griffin=£195,typical fee using a High St.agent £6000 upwards.The fee I paid meant that I did all the heavy lifting ie photos,property descriptions,floor plans,and EPC cert.If you are not confident doing all of this yourself you can pick and mix from a menu which items you need to go ahead.Griffin also offer a very reasonable sales package so you can just sit back,relax and let Griffin do their thing.My interaction with them was incredible,there was no waiting for days on end waiting for a reply as their responses were almost immediate.I sold my property within six weeks for the full asking price.As far as I am aware they a small family business,you can tell this from the friendly and professional way they go about their business.I would definitely use Griffin again and urge any one looking to sell their property to give Griffin a whirl,you won’t be disappointed after all what have you got to lose

Feb 07,2024I initially composed an email just after putting my property up for sale,so i am now updating my original review.I had plenty of viewings,with a few time wasters thrown in for good luck and eventually found a buyer quite quickly.I decided to do all the heavy lifting ie description,photos,floor plans and EPC etc.For this basic package from Griffin i was out of pocket by the princely sum of £195.I had to pay another £50 for an extra month on Rightmove.I saved myself thousands of pounds if i had used an ordinary High St.agent.Although the price was cheap as chips you got a champagne service from Griffin.Any alterations or queries etc were dealt with at the speed of light.If there was a Guinness book of records entry for answering emails then Griffin would be a major contender.Their website was easy to navigate around giving you complete control over the viewings,and also has the facility to message potential buyers direct.I dealt with Jacob mainly and he was easily contactable,very friendly and extremely professional.Would definitely use again

Feb 05,2024We've just used Griffin to sell our house. I was surprised how accessible and personal the service was from everyone at Griffin, especially Nick and Jacob, the two people I spoke to most. Even though this is supposedly an online service, they were much more responsive than the local estate agents we have been dealing with. We've already recommended Griffin to some of our friends who had an equally positive experience. Anyone who chooses to pay huge commission rates to a high street agent is wasting money when they could get a better service from Griffin at a fraction of the cost. We loved having control over everything from the photos to the text of the particulars to handling much of the negotiation ourselves. I would recommend using the sales progression option too as a back up means of communication if you are in a sales chain. Very satisfied overall. Thanks to all at Griffin.
