Used Griffin for a sale in Scotland, went for the premium service, took about a week to get the photos, floor plan and video organised, I was very pleased with the quality of photos etc. House listed on Rightmove on the Friday afternoon 4 viewers booked in for the Sunday, house sold by that afternoon. The online viewing booking system is very easy to use and convenient allows prospective viewers to book a viewing on any day or time and for the seller to re arrange or accept the the date and time, also prospective buyers can submit offers straight away online. All bookings and offers are notified to the seller via text and email as they come in. Jacob and his team were easy to contact and always helpful. I think the fee for the service represents excellent value and would not hesitate to recommend them.
