Oct 30,2018Following my review left on 31st July, Leigh was very quick in addressing my concerns. We spoke a few times and agreed a plan of action. Unfortunately this appeared to only be a short term measure - whilst the listing was reviewed and tweaks made, contact with emoov has all but been lost. I stand by my original feedback and reiterate, emoov are NOT a proactive agent, you are left to your own devices. You do not get any personal contacts - it's all driven by effectively a call centre. We've had no viewings now for nearly 4 weeks, and no contact from emoov to suggest anything to address this. I will be re-evaluating my options in terms of selling the property, but my advice to anyone considering emoov - think carefully, if you're confident to drive the sale yourself, then this may be a good option but if you want that small bit of support, look elsewhere.

Oct 30,2018We were really impressed with Ben Burgin as an Emoov agent. He always replied to our enquiries and requests very promptly and professionally, going the extra mile to get our property on the market and sold. However not so impressed with PCS Legal, the conveyancing firm recommended by Emoov central office once the sale was agreed - our solicitor was very difficult to get hold of, and the feeling with them was of constant chasing up.

Oct 28,2018Emoov have failed to deliver the service that I have paid for. As it stands I am 10k out of pocket. Poor customer service at the contact centre, not assigned just 1 person to speak with and so had to speak with several different people. Had to chase for bidders to be contacted for best and final offers. Didn’t call the highest bidder to confirm acceptance of offer as requested by me therefore lost the sale of 10k over asking price! The bidder thought we were not interested in their offer and bought another house. I am now in the process of escalating my complaint and so far the customer service has been poor. Call backs not delivered as agreed, again I have had to chase them! Watch dog contacted regarding my complaint.

Oct 28,2018Heard a lot of bad press about emoov so was sceptical at first, but the process was smooth, fast and easy. Dan (Green) was a pleasure to deal with, helped set everything up and was on the other end of the phone anytime I needed (even after hours). Would definitely reccomend.

Oct 26,2018I have my house up with another company and not much happening plus the agent never calls me with updates. I decided to put it up with emoov and Mark Hazelhurst is brilliant, he was very quick at getting photos done and the house up forsale. Within one week I have a viewer, he has a calm manner and very professional, I wish I used emoov at the start and not get drawn in by useless agencies.

Oct 25,2018Excellent service. Diane was very flexible when meeting with us to discuss putting out house up for sale, working around our work schedules by accommodating our request for an 8am meeting. Diane was the only one of the three estate agents that we enquired of to follow up after the meeting with a detailed valuation pack. We have received significant interest in our property which indicates to us that the valuation is realistic. The whole team have been very helpful, replacing the for sale sign when it snapped in windy weather and keeping us informed of progress. Their opening times include evenings and weekends so it is easy to talk to the team. We have experienced the best of both worlds with a speedy digital service backed with the support of real people when required.

Interesting and modern format for an estate agent but nonetheless just as effective,efficient and professional as a traditional style of agent. Meeting the regional Emoov estate agent (Diane Bainbridge) was a very pleasant experience. Polite, professional, great support and she was great at keeping me in the loop with regular communications. Enjoyed my experience with Emoov!

Oct 24,2018From experience I've worked out that essentially an estate agent makes you an advert for your property, waits for some interest and acts a voice between solicitors and buyers as required. I'd recommend Emoov, as you get just as good service as you would from a high street estate agent. Instead of being in a local office your point of contact is in a call centre, that can be contacted much easier and out off office hours. This works out much better for me and was a fraction of the price. My advert was set up by Diane Bainbridge, who arrived at 8am (which suited me, I didn't need time off work). She was professional, explained how Emoov differed from a high street estate agent, her photographs were great and she knew the area well. I must add, I like the notification when you get a viewing request (text and email) with a link to confirm. Made me question whether I was getting all the messages off my last agent. I've read people complaining about the call centre, but to be fair, you get that off any estate agent whether it's an online one or not. I'm not sure what the "Selling Accelerator Package" is though and it's not explained anywhere, however I haven't been interested enough to ring up and ask.
