Oct 24,2018Thought I had done this, but not familiar with Trustpilot, so will try again. Anyway, nothing but praise for all involved. Very friendly and professional. The whole process from first choosing Emoov to sell my bungalow, (Simon Pyle was by far the best representative of the estate agents i approached), to the photographer, Colin Wright, to the online assistance given by Julie Morrissey and Catia Coelho, resulted in the bungalow being sold within a couple of weeks of going on the market. Just hope the conveyancing goes as smoothly!

Oct 24,2018The worst estate agent in history... Just because you provide an online version of your profession, allowing you to cut costs, it should not mean that there is no service provided. We are currently buying a property through Emoov, and have been waiting for our seller for 3 months to find another property, obviously not Emoov's fault. However, it does mean we are probably needier than most for information about what's going on... something we are fully aware of. However, every interaction with Emoov has started off with the typical call centre approach of being put on hold for someone to pick up. This would be perfectly acceptable, if when you got through you actually could speak to someone who could help, but time after time, we get the reception. Again acceptable if you get a call back. However, despite leaving a message for our 'agent' to call us back after sending multiple emails saying we will pull out 'unless we get a simple update after more than 2 weeks of trying to get a simple update on a recent offer the seller has put in', our 'agent' does not feel it is right to give us any call, even if it is to say there is no update. House buying or selling is stressful and emotions run high, a lot of the time because of a lack of information and/or because of their being an agent managing the relationship between buyer and seller. But where Emoov differs from your general high-street alternative is that the 'agents' in Emoov seem to have no incentive to progress a sale / keep both sides updated and happy. Well good luck to you Emoov, if you continue to think that it is all about cost cutting to the detriment of service I'm happy to think you won't be around long, especially as there are much better alternatives, both online and on the high street.

Oct 20,2018Brilliant I highly recommend Emoov online estate agents: Excellent communication and the online account provides a great portal to organise viewing times and keep track on statistics and offers. I have used Emoov three times now and each time they have shown to be a reliable method to help sell my property and take me to exchange and completion. When I received an offer on my home, Chloe from the progressions team was an absolute star she negotiated with my buyer and always got back to me with answers to my enquiries, she is a caring person this comes across. Chloe is an asset to the company and I will come back to Emoov if I move again in the future. I recommend Emoov, they are much better then high street agents and cheaper, they sent a professional photographer to do my photos of the property and they looked great. Excellent, comes highly recommended. Thank you Chloe and Emmov!

I've been liaising with Isobel, who has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my calls and emails and answer any of my questions. The online portal is easy to use. It's a great platform at an affordable price and an easy way to sell your home.

Oct 24,2018I wasn’t sure about emoov but after a quick google search I took the plunge. House was viewed, valued, photographed and online within days which was great. They have been quick, efficient and reliable so far. Diane Bainbridge has been brilliant and I cannot fault the help and assistance she has provided. Highly recommended!
