I used Griffin to sell my property because they offered a wide range of cost effective options for listing, marketing and selling our home. Similar to most online estate agents the more you do the more you save, but for me what made Griffin stand head and shoulders above the rest was the way they excelled in the “telephone test” ! I knew selling our home was going to be stressful and I knew I wanted to feel supported by an identified, knowledgeable and understanding agent who I could speak to on the phone during all reasonable office hours. Try phoning some of the big well known online agencies, and some of the less well known ones too, and you could become dizzy and annoyed with the circuitous, and even dead end, call systems in use . Not so at Griffin. From first phone call to account closure - Jacob excelled ! If he did not answer personally someone else did and he returned the call shortly thereafter. Don’t take my word for it - try for yourself. P.S. I sold my house in Scotland and it was so reassuring to find that Griffin had covered all aspects of the Scottish sales and legal systems within their easy to navigate online systems.

It was OK, not as helpful as expected - need to have more follow up of links or places where to get information being mentioned. Not much effort was put into the session.
It's great you keep the webinar short and sweet, you had a lot of great information. In the Q & A session, the video cut off and the background noise from one of the offices was much too loud.

Mar 25,2023No advice on holiday let only objections the rent in my b2l is £600 a month projected weekly income £1200 I know £1000 insurances and 16% agent fees but the agent guaranteed 8 week’s occupancy a year that’s 8064 against 6480 after fees
