Jan 28,2023Well informed, presented well, would have liked to have seen more content of suggestions of what can landlords can do about it. Would have liked to have heard some examples / case scenarios etc. same with mortgage guy sadly compliance with financial regulations now I feel cuts short an individuals ability to speak outside of a box. Great job presenting, nice to see young people building businesses Welldone guys!

The content was very easy to understand. Useful dates regarding the implementation of Rental reforms were given. The Questions were answered clearly. The offerings of Mash Room teams and the responsibilities of landlords was also made clear, that was very helpful. When George was talking to Carly the sound kept cutting out I think it was a technical problem your end. Thank you for a useful hour.

More detail on key issues facing Landlords like Rent Reform Bill, Periodic Tenancies coming in as in Scotland, Section 24 updates, EPC update as most properties are above level C and many are now capable of becoming a Level C.
