Aug 24,2021Delivery was very fast. Everything was exactly what I had ordered. I did cost comparisons again, and it was by far the least expensive for quality products. We do a bulk order for school supplies every year, and will definitely keep using Encore Data Products.

We are looking to re-order the same earbuds that we have purchased in the past. This item is not available because they are in a slow shipping process. Aug 05,2021I was looking for replacement ear covers and disposable cover for my church. Went to the company direct and they wanted to charge a huge amount for shipping. After contacting your company…the response was very quick btw. I was given a much more realistic price for shipping. Your staff was very pleasant and helpful. Living in Hawaii is really strange when ordering things from the mainland. A lot of companies are still in the dark ages and estimate shipping like we are a foreign country. Thank you so much…cant wait to install the headphone cover??? Guy

Aug 02,2021I am very satisfied with the level of quality of the children's indestructible headphones! I had to use the 1 year warranty due to the cord breaking where you plug them into your device. The staff was very helpful getting them replaced. I liked them so much I bought 2 more for my other grandchildren! You will not be sorry purchasing these headphones!

Jul 25,2021Headphone is well made and blocks out other noise's in the room. It's nice to be able to turn the volume up or down to your likeness and/or needs. Other headphones that claim the same are very expensive ($100+) and can't compete with the quality and construction of this headphone. When I listen to music I can't hear any outside noise. While doing computer work, the grand children play, yell and talk loud while playing and I don't hear them. Family members get in front of me and i have to take one side off in order to hear what their saying. I can't emphasize enough how well-made the headphone is and I'm going to buy one with the microphone next while the price is still low.

Jun 29,2021Update: Within 30 minutes of writing my original review, I received a call from the company letting me know that I should receive my refund shortly. I never asked for a refund but it hit my bank account this morning, less than 24-hours from the time they sent it! I asked if they wanted me to return the defective product, was told no need to return it. I am TRULY IMPRESSED with the level of customer service and effort to make my customer experience better. I will buy from Encore Data in the future. Hopefully this was a one off. Everyone deserves a second chance, especially when they do right by you! I received the headsets with mic within the time that was promised but after only a few days, they stopped working. People can not hear me when I speak into the mic. VERY DISSATISFIED with this product. I knew because of the price point that they were bottom of the line in quality. However, I did expect more than a week out them!
