Mar 15,2021Encore held the price for our non-profit when I explained we were making the purchase with grant funds not available until the end of the year---almost six months in the future. This was helpful for the grant application process. Also it was beneficial over the long period of our interaction--almost seven months, I think--to have two customer service representatives whose names I knew and who could easily bring up our records. Occasionally Paige or Holly called to check on the status of our grant application or later on our satisfaction with the listening system. They always were pleasant to work with. The listening system worked in our small test and we are anxious to use it in a large-scale test scheduled in May. The system is compact in a good carrying bag, another huge benefit for our walking tours. We could not be more satisfied at this point, and would recommend the product and the company based on our experience.
