The companies that I found that sold this product required a minimum purchase of 1,000 or more and I only needed 60! I was able to order them through Encore and the CS Rep I placed the order with was very helpful and professional. The order came within a week and they were exactly what I was looking for. But I received an email informing me of that fact and offering a different type of headsets if I did not want to wait. I requested the specifications for those headsets and received an immediate response. And I received updates on the status of my order up until the headsets were shipped. I'm really pleased with the customer service provided.

Jun 21,2021I made a small order of the least expensive headphones. I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product, however what really floored me was the personal call I received to double check the address. The customer service was above and beyond expectations. I wish I could order more things from them.
