Working with this company has been easy every step of the way. We ordered two UV lights and later, two claw arms for holding them. They answered all of my questions about pricing and effectiveness of the lights and let me know when the arms would be available. When the first shipment on the arms did not arrive (UPS or theft issue, NOT Encore's fault) they were very helpful in submitting a report to UPS and shipping me a new set. We are not in our offices yet so I have not yet had a chance to use these items.

We have purchased 50 headsets for our students to use in a language lab. To this point (about 3 weeks of use), we have had no issues with connectivity and reliability as they connect with Rosetta Stone.

Product arrived on time and does what it is supposed to do, I guess. It is hard to tell if the UV scanner is actually killing germs and the coronavirus, but we are using it.

I had post the below review with one star rating but I changed my mind because of Holly from this company who’s really great with services and the most professional attitude. She kept her promise to update the inventory online. Old review “We ordered wipes as their website was showing in stock, I called few days later and the lady who answered the phone told me they are not in stock so they haven’t shipped it and will be in stock next week. She was not sorry for the misleading information and was blunt about if I want she would cancel my order as they know that this items are not easily available so I was not going to cancel. I asked to have it shipped next week as they become available. I called again next week and they said they are coming next day so they will ship it next day. Next day I get a call from them stating that they have problem with the shipping company and the product is not available to them and the product is sitting in an warehouse, they told me they can ship it next week. I was like really???? I had to ask for a refund because they were terrible with inventory updates and customer services. Although the lady who called me was really sorry for the behavior of the First Lady who was rude and not apologetic. I would not trust this company with their online inventory.”

I purchased my forehead thermometer from Encore Data because of the great sale price they were offering and it came as advertised. It works great (I tested it after I inserted 2 AAA batteries) and even arrived earlier than the shipping estimate! Thank you!

Satisfied with quality as they appear. Only time will tell if the 2 year warranty is worth its weight. Volume control is nice but maximum seems quieter than my existing HP 3100 that has no volume control. Price was right. Overall pretty satisfied initially and hope that once I really start using them they'll do the job for me.
