May 20,2020Super nice sales experience! I needed disposable covers for VHF Marine radio handsets due to COVID-19. I share this desk with 3 other people and I was concerned about touching and putting my mouth near the radios. The sales rep. was great, even sent me a bag to try. They worked out great, so now I spray the mouthpiece with alcohol and pop a cover on before my shift. We purchased 2 bags and I would order from Encore Data Products again...for sure!

May 20,2020Great headphones I purchased from them. Just what I needed for my insurance agency for noise cancelling mics. Andrea communications headsets are not the most commfortable but they get the job done to allow multiple people to be on the phone in close proximity but the people on the other end only hear the person they are talking to.

Feb 26,2020There should not be a restocking fee nor should the customer be charged for shipping for items being exchanged. We'd be more inclined to purchase from the company if there wasn't a hassle for exchanges. To update my review, we had to pay our return shipping costs when other companies are happy to cover it, especially for exchanges.

May 20,2020The people here were amazing and very accommodating. I had ordered the antimicrobial wipes which most places have been out of and they made sure I could get them for our business. So glad I ordered these. Good sized sheets and you can wipes down a pretty big area before it starts to dry out on you. The smell is pleasant as well. Not hard like chemicals but no so lemony that you instantly pucker. Very happy with this product, especially during these strange times. Will definitely order again. Thank You.
