Jan 16,2020So far all of the headsets have held up, no broken parts! Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders can be quite rough on things like this. I do, however, wish that they would be able to fit a smaller child (5 or 6 year olds) better.

Jan 16,2020I ordered these. Then they didn't work right. I complained and they got me a new pair directly from the maker. This is what service should be. The QC wasn't great but no I am successfully using the new head phones. I just don't know what to do with the ones that were sketchy. I hate throwing things into the landfill.
