Nov 14,2020Love the shoes! They are indeed, as advertised, warm and extremely comfortable, and delivery was fast and trouble-free. The sizes seem to run one size larger than normal, in any case for the Merino Runners, so the first pair I ordered in my normal size 40 was too large. The return process was easy and very transparant. So I returned them, and my money was refunded quickly. Support at Giesswein is also very quick to respond to e-mails; I had a question about my second order which seemed to be moving a bit slowly with DHL, and they responded within the hour. The order started moving again and arrived quite soon in the end. So for now my experience with this company is overwhelmingly positive! I also ordered a pair of Giesswein Runners for my 90+ year old mum, and she loves them as much as I do!
