Oct 20,2020This company has been a complete nightmare . O ordered slippers for my on on 28 /9/20 for his birthday paid by PayPal . Slippers never arrived , after constant emails told problems with address .. very odd as PayPal always have correct address . Told slippers were on way back to warehouse and would get refund . Noe almost a month later , more emails , tried phoning no refund . I would never risk ordering from this company again and fear they will never refund me

Oct 11,2020Hi, two years ago (10/10/2018) I bought a pair of KRAMSACH ADULTS COLOR OCEAN-588 (measure EU: 40) slippers for my son. After just two winters of use the soles are completely threadbare in the heel area and needs to be replaced. My son is a normal weight man and he used these slippers only in the winter season (3/4 months/year). It's impossible to find a replacement although the price of the Giesswein products isn't really cheap. Please, I'd like to have a replacement for the soles or the whole slippers because I really trust in Gieswein products quality from over 25 years. There is no way to contact Giesswein directly via theis website. Hope in a prompt reply from your customer service. Thanks! UPDATE After a few emails between the Giesswein support team and me, they provided to send me a replacement pair of slippers without any problems. I'm grateful to them for the courtesy and the quick support received. I will continue to enjoy the quality of Giesswein products! Thanks again!

Sep 25,2020Really wanted to love these slippers, and the quality does seem good, as does the lovely rich pink colour. However I ordered my usual size and they are simply too short so my toes hit the felted wool, and would soon hole the toe area I’m sure. The inside is also very slippery on bare feet so they are like wearing a clog but with an uncomfortable heel rim. Sadly mine are being returned...

Sep 01,2020Love the products I recently bought - especially the merinowool sports jacket is brilliant - and above all the merino wool used is CRUELTY-FREE (no mulesing) which makes wearing it feel even better - thank you Giesswein for taking animal welfare seriously. I have just ordered one of the body warmers and another pair of slippers - looking forward to getting them shortly.

Aug 30,2020My husband gave me a pair of Your wool slippers last Christmas. I wear them, in the house, almost every day. They are in perfect condition EXCEPT that the rubber soles are wearing out, which is disappointing. I love them.
