I had a problem with my merino cross shoes after washing them and Anna at Customer Services was brilliant in sorting this out for me. Best Customer Service ever. Thank you so much.

Now owner of 3 pair merino runners, use them for golf, my feet say thanks over and over again, it's a true delight to walk on these shoes

I have now purchased 3 pairs of shoes from you and soooo pleased with them all. Two pairs of gorgeously coloured women’s merino trainers and one pair of trainers with merino wool lining. All so beautifully made, incredibly comfortable and were very well made. Can all be washed in washing machine. Your service is top class, all come beautifully wrapped and fast delivery to UK despite corona virus. I have never had delivery problems experienced by other customers. I will purchase merino boot slippers and some outdoor merino boots this winter. A customer for life. I am hooked!

Slippers arrived very quickly, look great and are very comfortable. Unfortunately after a few months wear, the rubber soles have started to wear through. I don't wear them outside either, so not sure how they've worn so quickly. Shame as these are otherwise great. Update, was contacted by CS,issue now sorted, many thanks.

I bought a pair of slippers which are sooo comfortable, very trendy and I’ll probably never wear anything else on my feet ever again! The delivery service was super fast and efficient. The slippers are very well made and Are excellent quality. Thank you.

Ordered slippers on 27th May but still not received. Checked tracking and apparently now being returned to sender, but no contact from courier to attempt delivery. Also no response from Giesswein to my many messages.

Ordered on May 20th. Got dispatch notification on May 22nd but so far no delivery of shoes (June16th) I’ve emailed twice once on June 7th and again on 15th. I got email on June 9th to say someone would get back to me. Nothing heard! I understand COVID-19 May be impacting things but I just want to know what’s happening. I don’t I’ve ever waited so long for something to arrive!

I ordered several weeks ago but the delivery has never arrived. I have emailed three or four times in the last 10 days and twice via Facebook. I have had no response at all. I see from reviews below that there is some problem with DHL. Can you PLEASE respond to me to let me know what’s going on. The lack of contact is not good enough.

These are the most comfortable, snuggly warm slippers I've ever had. Given the strange times we're in & a cold spell I've literally not taken them off since 1st trying them on. It's like a warm hug for my feet. As I have 2 different size feet I actually found that these were too loose, no back, dangerous for stairs etc. I have since been told by an Austrian that they're known for being generously sized. Bear this in mind. Giesswein were extremely helpful, sent me the smaller size at the same terms BUT now it feels v stressful to return the larger size. The instructions are long & impenetrable. I hope the post office clerk is in a good mood, hard in these 2m social distancing days. Giesswein please make it clear that these are standard overseas return procedures that the PO counter can deal with. PS The post office clerk knew exactly what to do. As I had repackaged the larger size well she simply took paperwork from me & did what needed doing. So I didn't need to put it off in trepidation. Don't forget proof of posting. This was useful when I checked if parcel had arrived. It takes longer than you might think but again I was dealt with super politely. Received my refund today. Would recommend product & dealing with the very helpful & efficient customer service via email. Who knows if any of this will be doable or affordable once the curse of Brexit bites.

Absolutely fabulous pair of cat slippers and a bonus free pair because of a - very understandable in the circumstances- delivery issue. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Dannheim Modell sehr bequem und weich. Ideal. Fällt grössengerecht aus. Habe Schuhgröße 40 und 40 bestellt. Komme genau bis zum Rand. Hofflich bleibt das so und sie weiten sich nicht zuviel!

When shipment on a pair of slippers was seriously delayed, I got a free pair of summer slippers. Both pairs fit welI. I've been a longtime Giesswein user, for me nothing else!

Update: Laura, have not received a mail. Same story as we already have for a year now. Would appreciate if you put your contactdetails here so I can give you a call. Update 12th Jan 2021: another week has passed and all silent....no response, no reply via mail, calls are not answered, mails unreplied, so frustrating......... Update 5th Jan 2021: as requested have replied to your email of 17th Dec but after 3 weeks, still no response, no free offer, no package, only silence................. Update December 2020: I have sent the mail 2 wks ago and a reminder this morning, AND TO THE RIGHT EMAIL ADDRESS. Really don't know what else I can do.... 😡 Update May 2020: sent a message as offered by Giesswein below but after 2 weeks still no reply on my mail. Never received the package, already 4 weeks after ordering nothing :-( Update November 2020: we received the package after 8 weeks and despite the offer of Giesswein to compensate us with a free slipper and after several mails again, they never responded so we also never received the free gift. My advice would be to find a different way of ordering your Giesswein products or even find another label with a company that is more customer friendly.

Ordered on 20/04 but haven't received anything. DHL tracking has not been updated and I emailed the Giesswein customer service a couple of days ago but had no response. I understand that with the pandemic things will be slow but I just want to know if my order is going to arrive and if not I'd like my money back. Terrible communication.

I ordered on 19/4. The shipment happened on 20/4. On 27/4 i still had not received my order so i sended an amail. They replied on the 29/4 that my ordered was shipped and that i had to wait. Now, on 6/5 , i still haven't received my order. The track and trace of DHL isn't moving anymore !!
