Definitely need to dry the full 24 h before the second coat. I covered a black and white tiled wall and was happy to see it disappear with 2 coats

Mar 06,2025I bought the tape and spray, applied everything just like in the video instructional, but the tape wasn't sticking to the wood very well so reinforced it with duct tape. I filled a hole in my new live edge coffee table top with the colored epoxy/hardener, but it gradually leaked out through the tape and seeped between the bottom of coffee table top and the board it was resting on. Since it recommended 70 degree temp. I had to do the project inside my house, and it proceeded to drip on my floor and the top of coffee table as I was frantically trying to spoon the liquid out of hole and then carry it out to garage. Now I have sand the whole thing down to get the drip stains off and restain it. Total waste of several hours and about $75. No satisfaction guarantee here!

Followed every step they instructed me with and the floor bubbled up all over the place, i had 3 professionals come out and check it for me and they all said that it wasn’t a moisture issue its was poor product! I reached out the epodex and they refused to give me any sort of refund, told me to order more from them at a discounted price as if that was going to fix my issue! Why would i get more BAD product??

Jan 20,2025Don’t know what went wrong but product did not work easy like the videos show,and needs more instructive instructions on mixing cause my color did not mix at all and it turned out horrible looking now I have 16ft of counter top that looks bad and my store opens in a week,don’t know what to do now to fix it without starting all over and tearing it all out and spending more money,I’m sure this is a good product and don’t want to knock it, it just was not the experience I was expecting,Frustrating!

Jan 10,2025Video and instructions did not explain well how to pour the epoxy--we had a huge flood of the epodex on our cabinets and floors when we poured the epoxy per the instructions. Probably need to wait a while to let it jellify and masking tape is not strong enough to hold back the liquid epoxy--need something strong like cardboard along the counters to hold back the liquid.
