Apr 02,2025Do not use this company. The software is unstable, and their fees are extortionate. Fees that you are locked into like a protection plan for the hardware, even if you send the hardware back at their own request due to lack of use (because it was so unstable). This company is a boarder line scam. I have had nothing but problems with them.

For the first time ever, I’ve encountered a manager who takes accountability for their responsibilities and actually follows through on resolving issues. I’ve never received such outstanding service before! Terry Hanley is an incredible asset to the company, and I truly hope you continue to have him on your team.
