We’re a small business that relies on daily payouts to operate. EposNow has once again frozen our payouts—this time holding $30,000 of our funds—with no explanation, and no resolution in sight. Even worse, this isn’t the first time. In the past, they’ve withheld over $200,000 from us across multiple incidents. Each time, we’re left chasing down answers while our business suffers. Now, despite previously being able to resolve these issues directly, support refuses to speak to me because I’m not the “primary contact,” even though I’m the one running the business. They’re stonewalling us during a critical cash flow freeze. This kind of unreliability and lack of transparency is absolutely unacceptable. If your business depends on timely payouts and competent support, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
