Called up with an issue I had been trying to resolve all morning. I had watched tutorials, read support info etc to no avail. Rob Fletcher, who took my call, sorted the issue in a couple of minutes, explained clearly what had happened and how to resolve the issue. He was a pleasure to speak with too. Understanding, polite and concise. Top guy!
Apparently taking £450 from you by accident and without permission takes 28 days for it's return Unbelievable - closed my account as we sold the business, referred them to the new tenant which we were told would result in a £250 referral bonus. 1 month later - no referral bonus and a charge for £450 to our account "accidentally" which apparently will now take 28 days for them to return to me. AVOID

The time to set up the system was the biggest bugbear but this was to be expected when details of circa 1,500 items had to be uploaded.
Cost and the fact that a number of other community shops use the system
We were concerned about introducing an EPOS system as we thought it would be daunting for a number of our older volunteers. However, it has been pretty straightforward and all our volunteers are competently using EPOS Now.
