Running out of things to say how good the service is from s Epos Now. Had some system issues on the til meaning we were unable to trade. Had to call support which was dealt with exceptionally well by the analyst Aarya (I didn't have the premium subscription as Sunday however as a good will Aarya was still able to support) only negative is i didn't know Sunday was for the premium subscribers so I'll have to look into that. Thanks for the support Epos Now. Keep up the good work 👏

Viva Health Clinic Definitely a total scam and untrustful company with their customer. It was not enough to call or submitting our online account cancellation request ahead of time to Epos now company. Our unsuccessful story with this company has continued after their misleading guidance and untrustful customer service provided from the beginning of our contract till the last day when we suppose close forever our misfortune. We still have the account open and already receiving charges as usual when it should not be anymore for their terrible job after been informed to call on Saturday when none was available in that specific department to help, but worse to find that the only phone number used to open the back office of their system was recently changed to other with different country and area code by someone other that the only person in company with access to that account (the owner) therefore, unable to receive the code to open it and to cancel the service on time from inside even when everything was done with plenty of time. What coincidence or scam?
