Customer Service have not responded so do not suggest this. You’ve said that over and over and NO response, Still no response from Esky Customer Service to our urgent request. We need to clarify our flights/refund ASAP. …On Sunday 1st we booked flights with Esky, Dublin-Alicante 25th October (Ryanair) and then Alicante-London-Dublin on 30th October. We instantly received an email to say that the Alicante-London flight was cancelled (clearly known before we booked), thus making the London-Dublin flights useless to us. Payment was withdrawn from our account, nonetheless. We have tried several times to contact you using the Esky website contact form so please do not suggest this as an option to us. Our booking reference number is 7806651741 and Booking Ref: N7K4T2/JFYLB. We have also been in touch with Ryanair, who have no booking in our name. We are greatly concerned and stressed. We need to urgently get clarity and receive a refund so we can book alternate flights.
