Very good experience , the only probleme was when were mix the name in the aplication, because of using autocomplete with google. Burt the staff reaction was very quick.
Nu Recomand Nimanui Sa Cumpere Bilete de la aceasta Companie. Experienta ORIBILA cu ESKY. NOTA 1 Fara Nici O Exagerare !!! Din cauza unor motive personale am fost pus in situatia sa-mi anulez calatoria . Inainte cu 4 zile i-am contact pe agentii ESKY in vederea solutionarii acestei probleme. Nu mi-au dat nici un raspuns clar ,nici un detaliu exact . Dupa multe intrebari puse de mine tot ce au facut au fost sa-mi recomande sa replanific calatoria. Oamenii astia si-au facut trainungul in GARA DE NORD ? Dupa comportament, asa se pare. Experienta ORIBILA . Salvativa timpul si banii !!
In general, I like the service but as always there is room for improvements. I would of given 4 stars but due to platform issue will give just 3 for now. Below are my suggestions. - Flight date change: I lost a plane ticked because I did not payed the fee, thinking that the return money will cover the fee. (Maybe add a warning, or reminder.) Also changing the date is a very hard process because of the email response period. If I pay extra for this feature, I must be a premium experience. Finding the phone number to get in touch with a consultant was challenging, I managed to get it from the bottom of an invoice. This is very difficult to do on the phone while traveling and due to poor response time on the email, if it is an urgent mater it can be an unpleasant and stressful. - Support staff phone: On the phone, it was a good experience. I had a good conversation, even if he did not managed to offer full support. He/she said that the plane ticket it is just in electronic format and the Embassy requested plane ticked, from the airline. Received it over email, after a while after writing an email earlier as well. Very stressful, spending 2000 euros on bookings and tickets and not being able to get the Visa because of a plane ticket format it is a bad experience. - Email support: Poor response time and ignoring questions. - Insurance support: I think there is room of improvement, I got full insurance with cancellation, the support ignored me with a matter regarding quarantine and the broker said that I need to get sick in order for them to cover the quarantine while it black on white quarantine covered. I did the vaccine an everything before getting the ticket and quarantine is mandatory anyhow, had no way of knowing this aspect.
