I don't know about the whole company , i lost a plane and i've been guided by a guy called Catalin, the stars are for him being so helpful, i will try to use my insurance on the plane i lost will leave another review for that .

Yesterday I intended to purchase a flight for me, my wife and daughter, but accidentally , I have inserted my daughter twice as a passenger. Although I have immediatelly realised the error (prior to my booking being confirmed), and sent a quiry to esky team to support me with modifying this error, it was only today, that I have received feedback, and that the change is going to cost me 54 EUR (double the price of my flight). So, in the end I paid for a flight for 3 persons, but I will only be able to fly with my daughter , unless I pay additional 54 EUR. I feel like the missing filters ( when inserting passengers) is especially missing so that they can overcharge the smallest mistake that you do. I have also asked if it is possible to cancel the flight and get reimbursed ( as I booked it less than 24 hours ago) , but having in view the level of flexibility they have, I seriously doubt they will reply positive. For sure this was an experience to remember and avoid. Update 1: After 1 week since the esky team replied that they will contact me asap, I am still waiting for them to contact me. Clearly we do not have the same definition of asap. As said in the title,avoid this company as much as possible !
