Ok, i just paid £32 for the check in, because you guys are sleeping ,Very bad customer service , you cant even teach someone on the phone, they say is open till 8 pm, i was calling from 18 pm România hour, nothing!! Shame!!! think twice before using this theieves!!!!

I have use eSky Romania only in one occasion. Very disappointed with this service. Booked 3 x flights on a Saturday for next day flight, submitted passport details for check in, received confirmation that check in and boarding passes will be issued. Unfortunately, I have not received the boarding passes, called Customer Service department numerous times and no one answered. Went to the airport, paid 105 euros for check in. I tried to claim the monies back and I was told it was my fault for introducing the wrong data. I challenged this decision as if the data was wrong, I should have not received an email confirmation to say esky is doing my check in. I believe I was treated unfair and found hugely disappointing this whole experience. I will not use again esky Romania.

THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. LOOK AT THE OTHER ESKY REVIEW SITE. MOST AT 1 STAR. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUNDABLE HOTEL RESERVATION FROM ESKY FOR WEEKS. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR $$$$ IN A TIMELY MANNER BACK.!!!!
