Terrible Customer Service I mistakenly booked flights through eSky instead of going directly to the airline. When I log onto eSky and check "My Bookings" an error comes up so I dont know if my booking is confirmed or not. They have already taken payment from my credit card. I've tried calling their contact number on three occasions without managing to get through to anyone, I've also sent them two messages via through website messanger and not had any response.

Less than 48 hours before l depart and no boarding pass yet, absolute raging, this company is absolute scum, l would avoid using at all cost, l went onto Easyjet website but when l got confirmation it was through Esky, l have never even heard of them so why would l book through them ???? And as for customer service, there is none

They should be shut down immediately and not be allowed to trade! Please avoid at all costs and engage with extreme caution. Terrible customer service is only the beginning... I accidentally made a reservation through them. I received an email a day later and was informed by email that my reservation was canceled. I was told that eSKy.eu tried to contact me but were not able to reach me (not true). After calling them they mentioned that they reserve the right to cancel bookings (without reason) and had asked me to send them additional information about credit card details, passport and a written authorisation of acknowledgement for reassessment??!!!! I did just as they asked. Keep in mind that that I was trying to book a one-way 40 minute flight in Europe within the same country I was in. They then took another day to “assess” my booking and they then called me (successfully this time) to let me know that my reservation was denied???!!!!! I called them to ask them why. Their response? Their fraud department advised them that they can not make a booking with me???! There recommendation? To ring the airline company directly. So I did just that. The airline company was stunned at what they heard and booked my flight within 10 minutes and at a cheaper price by 17 EUR! Luckily there were enough seats left after all the delays and I won’t miss my connecting flight.

Unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour by this company. I had booked to go to Birmingham with my mum for her birthday this weekend. I intended to book directly with Flybe but accidently booked with esky. I booked the flights on Monday, €318 taken from my account and now (Wednesday) just received an e-mail to say that the when attempting to buy a reservation, the seats in this price sold out, therefore the ticket was not reserved and encouraging me to make a reservation again. Yet they have not returned the money they have taken from my account or will not answer the phone as I am frantically trying to find out if we do or do not have a reservation on a flight in two days time. I want my money returned to my account immediately if not I will be reporting this company to every consumer agency there is. This is completely disgraceful behaviour and amounts to robbery if I do not receive my refund. UPDATE: I have just contacted Flybe and they have said they do not have a reservation in our name. They have also said it is incredibly difficult to get in contact with esky and that they do not know why the reservation was not upheld as there is plenty of availability on the flight (thankfully). Yet I have been on hold now to esky for the past 10 minutes with no answer trying to get them to refund the money which they have taken from my account. I need my money to be returned so I can make an actual booking directly with Flybe. FINAL UPDATE: I finally received a call back from esky who stated that they had released the funds back into my account this morning but it could take up to 5 working days for the money to return to my account. I was not offered any explanation as to why my booking was cancelled at such short notice or any apology.

Do not use Esky ! My wife booked and paid for a Ryanair flight by accident with esky . The booking reference quoted is not recognised by Ryanair web site. Esky do not answer their phone. Very worried. Given other similar comments on the web would advise everyone to book direct with carrier.

I have booked a flight from Chicago to Dublin for my son to come home for Christmas. I realised I provided the wrong email. I have left messages stating my issue, no reply. I have tried ringing several occasions waiting on hold for over two hours, no answer. I rang aer lingus to enquire if my sons name was on the flight to find out it was not. I plan on airing the extremely poor contact service with eSky across Ireland and the UK as customers should feel safe and secure when making a booking. UPDATE I have sorted out my problem(without any help from eSky). I went to my local travel agents and they managed to find my flights. They claimed they were badly booked as there was a bag booked on the way to Dublin but no bag booked on the way back. I had to pay for the extra bag and I also had to pay for seats. I am glad eSky are legit as far as booking flights, but due to their contact service, I will never use their website again.

DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT ON THIS SITE. I thought I was booking on FlyBe but when the email came through it was from eSky and turned out it was more expensive than the FlyBe site, surprise, surprise! I tried calling customer services and was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. I would give a ZERO rating if I could! Terrible service - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I went on Flybe website - so I thought so happens esky have almost copied it to fool you. I booked a flight or have I, they've taken the money, no confirmation or acknowledgement. trying to contact them is worse then contacting the dead. no one answers the phone or replies to emails. avoid these at all costs.

You are the worst company ever . I’ve been trying to contact you for 3 days in a row. No response. The phone is always cut . I’ve lost my money for my flight because I couldn’t reach you for support: you’re SCUM . The worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY. Of this company if you don’t want to lose your money. SCUM SCUM SCUM

I booked a flight through eSky for a Ryanair flight from Paris to Venice. I received a confirmation email and 2 days later received an email asking me to contact customer service with no explanation. I call and a rep tells me the fair went up over 40€ and I wasn’t actually ever charged because “perhaps your credit card declined it or the company changed the prices so quickly from the time you purchased it that they have to charge you more than the price you bought it”...TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!

Terrible. My booking showed as 'Booking Pending' for two days before I rang the customer service number. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to messages. I called the airline who told me that there were no bookings in my name. I immediately booked new flights (at a lower price than eSky.co.uk charged). I then rang my credit card company who say that the transaction is still 'pending' on my card and I am currently on the sorting out blocking this payment. I messaged the following to eSky (if they ever get around to reading it): "Please cancel my booking and refund my money. I have contacted Easyjet who confirm that I have no booking on the flights that you have taken payment details for. I am contacting my credit card company to ensure that any charge that you make to my account is reversed. I have repeatedly telephoned you to find out what is going on and you do not answer the phone. Neither do you respond to your messages. Regards, **** " UPDATE After this review went up (say 20 minutes later) I got a very apologetic call from eSky. I was told that they had simply missed my booking. They said they would refund me (confirmed by email). It seems that they are likely to be a legitimate company after all but are terrible at answering the phone, reading messages, and noticing transactions on their website. It seems they may note reviews though...

I was searching for a specific flight number through easyJet, and can't honestly say how the flight was even booked through eSky; however, once I received my booking confirmation, I noticed a typo... not by my own making. I called internationally from the United States, twice, and was placed on hold for 35 minutes with no response, and 47 minutes with no response... I tried contacting eSky through their "contact" tab embedded within their eSky.com website, and have yet to receive any form of response after three inquiries. I've now sent an email through their "complaints" email address merely to receive confirmation that my booking has been cancelled, with no expectation other than to cancel and free up the tickets for another patron to purchase... hopefully not through eSky. This has been a terrible experience. I've since purchased "replacement" tickets directly through the airline, easyJet, and still have no idea how after booking them "again" the original request went through eSky. Apparently at this point, I just enjoy throwing money away, ($673.82 overall, when I should have only paid, $188.28) DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company is seriously dangerous. There is no way you can change, cancel or amend your ticket in any way. Customer service is appalling poor, the telephone line has a waiting of hours and operators are rude non-english speakers. They hung up on you as soon they don't have answers or they see a trouble ahead. They say they will email you the answers and they won't. They charged me for the wrong ticket, which I found out only after confirmation. Basically, it's a scam. Stay out of it..

I wanted to make a reservation on Ryanair for my sister, but Google has redirected me to their esky site, my money was taken but I did not get any tickets. When I called after long expectations answered the worst consultant I've ever talked about Bjanka Poupa (or something like that), she just struggled to speak English, I hardly understood what he was telling me, all I knew was that I had to pay more the money if I want my ticket, when I said I want my money back, she told me you'd get it in 30 days.

Was very scared when booked on esky accidentally instead of Ryanair. However, my flights both went ahead with no problems. The online book in process was painless- just put in details 2 days before the flight and it was done. The problem is if you need to contact esky to change details its practically impossible as there is no email address and the telephone number did not work. They do get back to you via the online form on the website but it takes days. Also Ryanair won't confirm you are on the flight as due to Data protection they won't give out any information as the email address associated with the booking is from the agent and not provided for you!! I advise booking direct with Ryanair or whatever airline you use. However- esky did deliver. I was however unable to add flexi boarding or change any details. I will never book with Esky again as it's too risky and stressful, but be reassured if you have booked with them directly that if your details of flights are correct and all go ahead you will probably be ok! If you need to change something.. then you have a problem.

Avoid this company like the plague. seriously. Firstly, its cheaper to go direct to the airline. Secondly, they will charge you and arm and a leg through their ridiculously priced call centres, which you *will* have to deal with because of manufactured errors on their end. I pray that this company goes bust.

Booked my return flight to Cologne thought all was ok until I tried contacting them to amend my booking, I have emailed numourous times with no reply received tried phoning also but no answer... This company makes it easy to take your money but nothing else! Do not use this company for your flights!
