I would give them a 0 star if I could. Beware of additional "search charges" which are not disclosed upfront. You just get the surprise on the credit card statement, and they are not cheap! We purchased 5 tickets, for a total of 455EU and their "search charge " was 132 EU!!! Never again Esky!
Whole company is a nightmare booked because they are top of the search engine when typing Flybe. They add Flybe to the front of their own company name to emerge at the top of your list and make you believe you are booking with actual Flybe. Any problems require calling a help line at £3.60 a minute (i dialled Flybe direct). This in itself is enough to tell you that this company is rouge I had to change my dates but if i had gone back to them it was another additional 50%. Free with Flybe in first 24 hours Beware do not book with this company

Website says online checkin is completed, but when i try to send my boarding pass it says online checkin unavailable. This happened on both trips. I was waiting for 20 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service rep and i got hung up on. For the second time i tried to call the line wasnt even live. But what do you expect from Romanians. Never doing business with this horrible company again.

Terrible, I booked with them by accident as I was tired and it was late at night and needed a flight to London, when I realised my error I tried to call the U.K. customer service number on there website and email confirmation they sent me. The number is invalid, I have sent number ours emails, no response. This is not a trustworthy company don’t ever book with them. Does anyone have an alternative number to contact the U.K. customer service as I’m still trying to cancel my ticket and get a refund
No bookings online and the UK number is not working. They have sent the UK phone number on their emails and they put it on their website, but it is invalid

This is the worst experience ever!! They cancelled my flight to Larnaca this morning, saying that they will refund the money in 30 days. Yea, right!! I feel so bad! Criminals!!
Just trouble maker website. It's expensive.worst customer service. I call many times just received one then just hold music. You have wait until 48 hours to get confirmation. Buy directly from the airline. It's best and hassle free.

The website looked good, the booking process was quick and simple and without problems but for some reason my payment did not get through. I was contacted by a customer service representative by phone, who was very professional and explained the the issue with my credit card. Within 10 minutes I had the ticket in my inbox. The flight went well, had no problems. I would say this is a serious company and I recommend the service.

Jul 16,2018I would like not to have any stars but then I cannot review. They overcharged me to begin with and then did not allow me to cancel before the payment went through. I finally found a phone number and was moved through 2 companies and then transferred me to another company before unhelpfully telling me that I needed to write a formal complaint that would be dealt with in 21 days after my flight. After threatening to publicise how bad they are they promised to call back but hung up before I could give them a phone number to call me on.
