Jul 28,2022Base seems really good but I had a going on trying to get the information I needed to know if it would fit my water barrel before I placed my order even though I sent all the measurements and even the barcode number of the base that I originally had that had cracked. The customer service is just not great as they don't seem that bothered?? Patrick was a bit helpful, I had a leaky bottle of freshener (lid not tightened) and he asked for photos for a replacement but I told him that wasn't required as it hadn't leaked too much but I didn't want it happening to someone else, I did ask him for advice on why I couldn't sign in to my account but once he knew I didn't require a refund or replacement I never heard from him again. They seem to sell good stuff at a reasonable price but just don't really bother to help that much. If you know what you want, go for it but if you need help, not so sure.

Jul 27,2022Purchased from this company as a result of the local authority’s circular regarding composting and water conservation. A special deal was available for residents. Ordered 2 waterbutts which were promptly delivered. Very pleased with size, construction and ease of installation. Have already passed on details to other residents who too have ordered from Evergreener and again they provided positive feedback for the product and delivery service.

I got through someone good and they were very helpful and got the order delivered exactly when they said it would arrive. Good price. Would suggest they move to a courier that offers a tracked service as this would help them with support queries and reduce workload

Jul 21,2022Ordered and paid for two Waterbutts 11 July 2022 on Tuesday 19th July i contacted them to ask when will they be delivered. The following day I got this email: Good morning , This now has been marked as delivered by the local carrier can you confirm if this has been received. Kind regards I replied immediately to say they had NOT been delivered. I didn’t get a reply, so I replied again to their email. Again no response. Today I wrote another email and so far no response. If they do not reply today then tomorrow I will contact my bank and ask them to start a charge back to refund my money. Something is obviously very wrong with this company so my advice is avoid buying from them, they may offer better priced deals but if you don’t get the items then it’s very expensive mistake. I’ve given this company plenty of opportunity to put this right but they have just ignored all my requests. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and read all the poor reviews, I wish I had read them before purchasing.

Jul 20,2022I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from Evengreener due to some negative reviews I’d read. However I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a replacement water butt lid and down pipe connector. The price was competitive and the items arrived in good time. There was even a own brand tap included FOC which was a nice touch. The only thing I’d suggest is better packaging as the film bag offers no protection for the plastic if handled roughly by the courier. However it did all arrive in tact. Thanks!

Jul 17,2022On this occasion I purchased yet another Harcostar Water Butt. I have 3 of this type and 2 other types. I am impressed by the quality of the Harcostar because it comes complete with stand, lid, tap & rain diverter. It is pre-drilled to accept the pipework from the diverter or other pipework which saves having to search for a hole saw of the correct diameter . The lid has an easy opener slide and with if a little WD silicon grease is added makes it more adaptable to use. EvenGreener supply the item relatively quickly even though the terms say 14-28 days mine took a about 10 days to arrive would have been quicker had the Courier not held it over a couple of days long but not a complaint in these days of staff shortages due to C19. I have been impressed by this Company because even though the price had increased since my last purchase it was still competitive with other suppliers. All in all 5 stars from me.

Jul 17,2022Item ordered was excellent as expected- unfortunately the communication post Purchase was very poor - there was no advice of despatch - I had to chase for delivery info which was not forthcoming . Could have done a lot better

Jul 17,2022I ordered two Bokashi bins and a water butt from Evengreener and I have been happy with both my initial interaction with them and the after care I received. I needed a replacement lid for one of bins that had split and it came very quickly and at no extra charge.

Jun 28,2022I ordered two Waterbutts on 30 May was told delivery expected in two weeks. We are now 28th June still no delivery. No one answers the phone, only way to get through is if you press to place an order. When I phoned two weeks ago I was told it was with a courier, when it didn’t arrive I called back this time a male assistant answered ( again only way to get through is pressing 1 to place an order) he was quite rude and said I shouldn’t have been told it was being delivered as it would be the following week. This week is now the following week and still no word/ email of a delivery. I ordered from them after reading positive reviews of good customer care. I am very disappointed. If they had honestly just said delivery in 4 weeks that would have been fine and I could have decided to place an order or not but to be constantly lied to is frustrating and not being able to get through.

Jul 28,2022It is 28 days since I ordered a waterbut and connector. I have rung on three separate days and got an recorded message saying leave contact details and we will call straight back. This has never happened and I haven't had an email regarding dispatch as I was TOLD upon ordering. All I want is what I ordered, is thar a lot to ask for.
