Jun 15,2022Very poor communication from this company. Order delivered today and left on the drive early morning. No notification of delivery so good job I wasn't away. Very poor quality lids to water butts. Taps secured to inside of the butts making it very hard to reach them and reinstall on the outside.

Jun 11,2022I placed my order on 11th May, aware of the up to 28 days delivery time. It finally arrived today, 32 days from date of order. I’m not so concerned about the extended delivery time, more the lack of communication. Also I requested that the order be delivered into the back garden and left the gate unlocked all week. It arrived this morning, the driver didn’t even ring the bell. I found it outside my front door. Oh and BTW it’s not even a great product. Unfortunately not a company I will be ordering from again.

May 28,2022I recently ordered 3 x 237 litre water butts. They come with all fittings (connection, hose, tap) plus stand and are straightforward to install with full instructions. The grey plastic is recycled. They represent good value for money. Unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. I contacted EverGreener by email and within 24 hours had the offer of a replacement. I'm impressed by the quality of the butts and also by the responsiveness and helpfulness of EverGreener's customer services. I can certainly recommend them and their products to potential customers.

May 16,2022Delighted with the water butt, slight delay in delivery as although it was marked as out for delivery on 4 May the carrier claimed they had not received it. However, it was obviously found and was duly delivered on 7 May.

May 16,2022All went well with the transaction and a speedy delivery. The water butts are fine though the tap on one has a slight leak despite applying PTFE tape (it worked on the other one). The taps never seem to be designed so they tighten at the point the outlet is pointing straight downwards.

May 16,2022Best price and prompt delivery (after false delivery note for Friday but it did come on Monday) but, as others have said, lid is tricky to get on and off. Seems to be filling, with no leaks in connections, as it is now raining.

May 15,2022The water butt was delivered quickly. I already have two of these joined together and they are very effective and easy to use. This size is ideal when space for such things is limited and it saves on the water bill after rain.

May 14,2022Ordered a water butt and composter and very happy with both products. Not set up the water butt yet but everything I need is there. When placing the order I was advised delivery could be up to 28 days but both items arrived in 14 days!! I was not in for delivery and the products where left behind my gate as requested.

May 13,2022I have bought six water butts from Even Greener over a period of time. All have been excellent but I managed to break one of the lid locks. I checked out their website to see about getting a replacement lock but you had to buy a whole lid. Which I thought was a bit strange to throw out a perfectly good lid just because the lock had broke. Not very green. I contacted them and received an email very quickly. The Customer Service person agreed and allowed me to have just a lock. The lock arrived today and I installed it immediately, Jobs a good'un. The only bit to be recycled is a small broken bit of plastic. This company came to my rescue and lived up to their green credentials. Brilliant. Thank you.
