May 10,2022Pleased with the 350L water butts (have purchased before) but a wait of 4.5 weeks for delivery when funds are taken a day or so after order placed is not good (I had phoned and emailed and even then a quoted delivery week was not met)!

Apr 26,202215 days from initial order and still nothing as the first order was strangely returned to sender. Received a message yesterday advising that I can expect delivery today. DPD have not even received the parcel. Really poor service, save yourself a lot of hassle and buy from somewhere that actually sends out the product ordered. I've wasted a day at home and a lot of time trying to speak to someone. Shame. Update. Patrick has now cancelled my order. Why I do not know, he was promising delivery at the latest this Saturday. Well done Patrick, you really have wasted my time. Terrible company to use.

Apr 23,2022I contacted Evengreener to ask them if I could get a replacement tap for my leaking water butt on the 13th April, they replied on the 14th saying they would dispatch the new tap free of charge and it arrived a few days later. I have used them before and have always had excellent service and products and I will continue to do so. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Apr 21,2022The mini Hot Bin arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged. All I needed to do was put it in place, put the strap (supplied) round it and put the base plate in. It is a bit of a hungry beast so I struggled a little to fill it to the base layer line but got there in the end. In the warm spring sunshine it soon reached the required temperature and as its early days I'm still awaiting my first lot of compost - providing I can keep its belly full! I don't think it necessary to include a plastic water bottle with it and I would have like it to be made from more environmentally friendly materials. However, it does appear to have a long life which would to some degree offset this and all in all I'm very happy with it. Only time will tell.

Apr 20,2022Absolutely useless . Ordered 3 items got one after a month .. complained and they sent the missing items to the wrong address despite me ringing them to correct it. Customer service operator had the iq of a stoned lizard !

Apr 20,2022Little to no communication. Delivery company used miscommunicated delivery date - wasted a day at home waiting for delivery. No update provided, website shows order as completed. Still no products, waiting for delivery that requires another day at home - which may not arrive. Good range of products. Easy to use website. Poor service/execution.

Apr 13,2022Arrived as expected. They left where I asked them to leave it. Product as described. The diverter kit was better than my old one from a different company if not a little short. A longer hose would be better as they can easily be cut if too long.The shorter one was ok for my needs though. Very satisfied.
