Jul 31,2024This company is so incredibly amazing!! First, they graciously assisted me with an exchange for a dress. The dresses arrived very quickly! They’re really on-top of their emails and always respond within a day. After this exchange they sent the new dress I desired, but unfortunately it was too small. I emailed and asked if an exchange was possible, and they emailed me the next day did not make me feel like a nuisance! The return/exchange instructions are very simple, and overall I was very happy with my experience with Ever-Pretty!

Jul 30,2024I’ve been searching for over a year for a wedding dress and each time I come back to one of these dresses, I ordered a few sizes to make sure it was comfortable and fit right. And I did it, I went for it and the dress I’ve found is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted! Whenever I had needed to return the dresses I’m not keeping customs service were prompt, polite and really helpful. I have no complaints at all. Great company and service! Thanks for helping me find my wedding dress!

Jul 26,2024I purchased 2 dresses off Amazon and unfortunately I ordered the same size in both by accident. when I went to do my returns. I think I accidentally printed the same return label 2x and put it on both returns. one return showed in my account but the other was still waiting for label to be printed. they would have received 2 packages with same label on both, I reached out to the returns department and explained my situation, gave them all my information, order #'s and they reached out to their Amazon internal team and I will be receiving my refund in a few days. I'm am so relieved as I thought that return was going to be a loss. Thank you so much to Sarah from Ever-Pretty Customer Service for your help. You were quick to respond and resolve my issue.

Jul 25,2024The dresses I ordered were lovely but unfortunately didn’t fit me so I needed to return them. The returns process is outdated and slow and they charge you a restock fee for each item you send back, which is as they pointed out in their returns policy, my ‘restock fee’ was £40! £40 spent and nothing to show for it, Lesson learned there, I won’t be shopping here again. My refund minus my £40 still remains to be seen and it doesn’t seem I’m the only person to have struggled with the refund process. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Jul 25,2024My experience was a little rocky at first, but after emailing someone from customer service about a message I received from the USPS that my package had been returned back to the company due to insufficient address on the package. When I reached out to customer service, they took care of my issue and have already resent my order to me. I will order from them again. Great customer service!

Aug 01,2024Outstanding customer service - I ordered 4 potential bridesmaid dresses and myself and my friends were really impressed with the quality but ultimately agreed on one style, the team were so helpful in helping me to get three of the dresses partially exchanged with the matching style of the chosen dress. They have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the dresses were amazing quality for a very reasonable price.
