Sep 25,2024I ordered three bridesmaids dresses all the same but very different sizes, they fit the bridesmaids amazingly. I have recently ordered another two dresses for weddings and they also fit perfectly. The sizing and quality of the dresses are great. I highly recommend buying from everpretty.

Sep 23,2024Their response to my needs were excellent. I bought a dress. It came and was lovely but looked awful on me. I contacted customer service. They were very helpful. I exchanged the dress. My new one is enroute. Hope I love it!

Sep 20,2024I ordered two dresses (same color but different patterns). I ordered the wrong size because I didn't follow the measuring instructions. I asked to return the dresses and exchange one for a different size (followed the measuring guidelines). Customer service was prompt in advising what I needed to do to return the dresses and upon receipt they were prompt in mailing out the exchanged dress. The dress fits well, is made of good quality. Very happy with my choice!

Sep 17,2024A fuir absolument ! J'ai acheté une robe 79 euros, le tissu n'est pas du tout conforme à l'idée que je m'en faisait d'après la photo du site : merci les retouches des logiciels ! Et, cerise sur le gâteau, lorsque j'essaie de les contacter par mail pour faire le retour je n'ai aucune réponse ! C'est du vol et c'est scandaleux !

The dress is stunning, and I can't wait to show it off at another occasion! I followed their size chart to select the size, and it's perfect! What really stood out was the excellent customer service. When there was an issue with the shipping label, the seller promptly refunded my express shipping fee without hesitation. Their professionalism and quick response were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the product and the service!

Sep 17,2024I bought a bridesmaids dress according to the sizing on the website, unfortunately it was too large when it arrived. The exchange process was easy and quick, with the agents on the email being very helpful. The dress is now the correct size although will require a minor alteration as any off the shelf dress can do to fit perfectly. Quality acceptable for a bridesmaids dress

I had to send 2 back for exchange for a different size and the customer service was so quick and sufficient I now have the same exchange arriving tomorrow. Great company would certainly recommend!

Sep 15,2024I purchased an evening gown for an upcoming event. The dress arrived within days of placing my order and was even prettier in person than the picture online. The fit is amazing with only one small issue - there is no tab on the zipper to open or close the dress. I contacted Ever-pretty and they immediately gave me the option of returning for full refund, selecting another dress or 50% discount. The process was quick and I will continue to recommend to my friends and family. They have a wonderful selection of styles and colors to fit everyones taste and budget!!

Post office made mistake with the post code that return should be delivered and this caused delays. 5 stars for product quality and material. Very nice dresses on the website. Also refund policy a little bit harsh. Customer have to pay return postage and 5% restocking fee. This will keep me away from buying again. Thank you

Sep 11,2024Ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses which looked lovely online but when they arrived the material was very cheap and the colours didn't look like the photos so I returned them. The returns process wasn't too bad (bit odd having to just email them with info and request return that way, rather than through the website, but they got back quick enough so not too bad). Had to pay postage back to a UK warehouse, again not thrilled but it is what it is. And then about a week later I receive a FedEx Duty and Tax invoice for shipping of the products back to China?! So I pay delivery, pay postage back to a UK address but for some reason now am expected to pay for them to ship back from UK to China? Quick frankly can't understand how this is on me at all. Not impressed.

In error I ordered the incorrect size because I did not take my measurements and their customer service was exceptional! The return process was hassle free and they ensured I received the appropriate size. I look forward to purchasing from this company in the future.

Sep 08,2024I ended up using ever pretty for my bridesmaid dresses. I had a few queries after my purchase including returning some surplus dresses I had ordered (I bought extra as I wanted to make sure they fit ok). The customer service team always got back to me the same day and were very helpful. One of my bridesmaids was slightly taller which meant I also used their made to measure service which I was really pleased with. I did panic slightly as I wasn’t sure if the dress would arrive in time so I messaged the team, they were really helpful again, I was asking about upgrading my postage but there was no need in the end as it arrived ahead of schedule and I’m really happy with the fit. I think the cost is such good value and the quality of the product is excellent, and the colour is lovely in person and lived up to my expectations.

Sep 07,2024Terrible quality clothing, looks nothing like the images. All products we're shipped from China despite advertising they have UK warehouses. When I request a return, I was send a return address for California. I had to specifically request that I was given a UK return address (which seems reasonable given they have UK warehouses!). I was then told I would not be refunded in full having paid to return all items in good condition. After reminding them of the legal process around offering refunds on online purchases, they informed me 'as a courtesy offering we will provide a full refund '. Was still charged a 'restock' fee of 10% which I then had to query with my bank in order to get a full refund. Therefore would not recommend

Sep 04,2024J’ai commandé dimanche soir 1re sep 20h une robe de soirée pour un mariage en mousseline de soie vert bouteille et malgré une angoisse incroyable j’ai eu ma robe aujourd’hui mardi 3sept Elle est magnifique agréablement surprise taille parfaite qui correspond au centimètre près au tableau des tailles. Merci beaucoup suis ravie de mon achat

Sep 02,2024I ordered three dresses. They were good quality, well made and true to size. Two dresses arrived within days, one took 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I did have to return all three dresses because they were a bit long on me but customer service has been great throughout and very responsive. Couldn't fault them at all.
