Mar 03,2025I've been trying to contact this company concerning an issue that dates back to the beginning of the year and still have not gotten a response. Not happy. I'm still waiting for a complimentary dress i was promised for doing an interview review with them. Definitely not reliable people and do not have integrity.

Feb 27,2025Have ordered a couple of times from this company. I have found the dresses to be very pretty and value for money. However, I can’t get my head around their sizes. I’ve followed their sizing guide and ordered accordingly but ALL of the dresses I’ve ordered have been way too small. I’ve just received a dress ordered for a black tie do. I ordered a size larger than I usually would and still it’s far too small. So disappointed. Think I’ll give up ordering from them now.

Absolutely beautiful dresses.two fit perfectly had to send the other one back with no hassle and ease. Customer service was brilliant. Feb 27,2025I bought a bridesmaids dress. It was delivered really quickly and it was a great price. The dress was high quality. The only reason for the 4 star is the sizing is a little off. I had already sized up and it was still at least a couple sizes too small. Returning the dress was really simple though and I had amazing help from their customer service team.

Customer service took care of everything quickly and with no issues and I received the beautiful dress quicker than I could've anticipated. Very satisfying experience. Feb 26,2025I ordered a dress for a wedding I was attending. The variety of outfits, and colour options is unparalleled. The prices are so reasonable compared to most other brands too. I chose one I liked and it said 'delivered', however the package did not arrive. I reached out to the team and they were very kind and gracious and quickly sent me a replacement at no additional cost. The clothes are lovely but the customer service is even better. I will definitely shop from Ever Pretty again and recommend them to everyone.

Feb 26,2025I ordered a fishtail dress size 14 for a black tie event I opened it and it was just what I was looking for tried it on unfortunately it was far to small so I had to send it back I was devastated. I didn't order another as I wasn't sure on the sizing took a while to get refunded but was all good in the end

Unfortunately, the second time I had to return the dress due to the wrong size, but I must emphasize that the return process was easy and quick. I highly recommend this store!

Feb 24,2025I didn't keep the dress I ordered, however still wanted to leave a review for the excellent service I received. I was initially arranged for an exchange but then changed by mind, but the process for this was really simple. I used the webchat function and they were really helpful. Refund also came through quickly. My only comments re. the dress itself is I found the sizing off (I'm usually a dress size 12, but had to order a 16!) But now I know this, I would happily order through Ever-pretty should the need arise again.
